Company and Job Understanding : Understanding the clients organisation or company , evaluating and understanding ,the need of the position and the profile on the basis of the information mentioned in the JD sent by the client with regards to the Experience required , Budget of the opening ,existing company hierarchy / Business model and reporting structure . Along with the details of days and hours of work .

Sourcing Profiles - Procedure : Researching and finding profiles via various mediums - referrals , job portals , social groups and websites , free recruitment websites , our own database , adverts- socially and publishing if required , Headhunting - from the competitor companies as per requirement of the client .

We have a team of qualified and experienced recruitment evangelists which take their telephonic (mandatory) And Video Interviews ( if required ) .We ensure the quality of profiles with regards to the qualification , experience and specific institutes academics and avoid sending job hoppers also looking at the keenness and interest of the candidate later we also help with the background / Reference and vetting checks which we do at the time of selection.

Shortlistings - Candidates - Lineups : The final short listing is performed on the basis of preliminary interview feedback and the highly competent profiles will be shared with the clients along with the necessary information.We organize and schedule the interviews of shortlisted candidates with travel arrangements if required.

Selection - Negotiation - Offers : We extensively do a research on the competencies of the Budget and the CTC offered to a candidate . We actively participate in making them understand the offer with regards to letting them know the benefits they get in the company . Post we ensure that they put their resignation papers followed by the pre- offer acceptance .

Follow-ups : We remain in touch with both candidate and the client regularly and followup with them to ensure that they join the company .
